consultation services. Provides structural design services for residential

AND ARBITRATOR
Dexter serves as an expert witness and arbitrator in
construction related disputes. Prepares probable cause of damage reports for
insurance companies. Prepares building condition surveys for the Anti-Neglect
division of the Memphis Fire Department.
HUD 203K LOAN
CONSULTANT
Dexter is an approved HUD 203K Loan Consultant.
He inspects and prepares repair specifications and estimated costs for the HUD
